Ioanna is expert in designing and implementing digital products and services. She has been with Athens International Airport since 2016, at the IT&T Business Unit part of the new digital and innovation team. Responsible for the design and the execution of airports digital & innovation projects portfolio as well as on the experimentation of exponential technologies to help ideation and innovation flourish. She is engaged on how technology may impact customer experiences while entering to customers’ shoes to get insights and propose quick wins or new projects that will tackle various challenges. Ioanna is member of AIAs internal “innovation ambassadors” team, to help organization transform and adopt to change.

Previously, Ioanna worked for 16 years at the Financial Sector (Piraeus Bank, Societe Generale, Eurobank) holding senior positions within the digital and technology units, with international experience in South East Europe and in Middle East.

Ioanna holds MBA from the University of Leicester and certifications for executives i.e. Harvard Business School for Managers.
