Katerina Stefani has more than 14 years of HR working experience. Since 2010 she is a member of the HR team of Athens International Airport and she is responsible for the design and implementation of policies and procedures with regards to: performance management, target-setting, succession planning and employee training & development. Previously, Katerina worked for the People & Change Consulting Services of PwC contributing to the coordination and implementation of projects related to: organizational design, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, employee performance appraisal, target-setting, compensation and benefits, as well as design and implementation of training and development programs.

She is a graduate of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of Mathematics and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from the University of St-Andrews, Scotland. She is certified in psychometric test use for recruitment, selection and development and has a postgraduate diploma in “Train the Trainer” from the Northern Council for Further Education in UK.
