Pet-ownership is exciting and may also be stressful at the same time, especially while carrying along our beloved pets during daily activities and/or vacation! The global market of pet owners is undoubtedly increasing, providing entrepreneurial opportunities in response to the challenges and needs while living with pets. Offering services and products to pets upon daily basis could raise revenues and at the same time have an extremely positive impact on a company‘s profile. So let’s try to offer an ever better experience to pet-owners who wish to execute with their pet or even facilitate the pet sitting for them! Problem: lack of pet related facilities/services.
The goal is to make the world a pet-friendly place one step at a time. As a start-up, we aim to help any business become better at providing services to their customers, no matter how many legs they have.
Participating in an acceleration program such as ‘’The Digital Gate’’ was a valuable experience for our start-up. It helped us gain exposure, validation, networking opportunities, and feedback that took Fancy Paws to the next level.
Implementing our proof of concept in AIA’s premises was a great opportunity for our start-up as it allowed us to showcase our services in a real-world setting and gain valuable feedback from potential customers.
The airport provided us with access to the necessary facilities and resources to set up our pet relief area, such as a location with high visibility. AIA helped us to ensure that our pet relief area meets all the necessary regulatory requirements, such as health and safety standards, and other legal requirements. It promoted our start-up to passengers and other potential customers through its marketing channels, such as social media and airport signage.
Overall, partnering with AIA to implement our proof of concept helped us gain exposure and feedback, while also provided the airport with a valuable service for its passengers and improved the overall airport experience.
